In Spain, it is common to find Chorizo sausages on almost every menu. It is a staple item in the Spanish diet and used in many traditional recipes. Chorizo is a dry-cured sausage made with pork. Blazquez Chorizo is unique in that it is made with the incredible Ibérico pork of the Spanish black-footed pig. Produced in western Spain, it is seasoned with paprika to give it both a kick of flavour and colour. The nutty aromas and delicious marbling fat give this chorizo a taste unlike any other cured sausage.
